ExportGHLPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what ExportGHL collects and how it's used across both tools in the suite — ExportGHL Sites and ExportGHL Workflows.
What we collect
We collect the email address you use to activate a licence, your licence and credit status, and basic usage records (which tool was used and when) needed to run the service and support you. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card details.
Your GoHighLevel data
The ExportGHL browser extension reads the pages and workflows you choose to export, using your own logged-in GoHighLevel session. For ExportGHL Workflows, a workflow you save is stored in your private cloud library so you can deploy it again; your GoHighLevel session token is used only to carry out the action you requested and is not stored. ExportGHL never reads your CRM contacts and never changes or deletes anything in your GoHighLevel account unless you explicitly ask it to (for example, choosing to update an existing workflow).
Browser extension permissions
The ExportGHL browser extensions request access to GoHighLevel's domains (leadconnectorhq.com, gohighlevel.com, msgsndr.com) so they can read your logged-in session and the page or workflow you choose to export. If your agency runs GoHighLevel on a white-label custom domain, the extension requests access to that single domain only when you click "Enable on this domain" — never automatically, and never to all sites at once. Your GoHighLevel session token is read from your own active session, held locally in your browser so the extension can act on your behalf, and sent to our server only for the duration of the action you request — it is never stored or logged on our servers. The extensions load no remote code.
How we use it
To activate and verify your licence, meter credits, provide the cloud library, send licence and support emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
We use a payment provider to process purchases, an email provider to send licence keys and support replies, and standard web infrastructure and analytics. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Retention
We keep account and licence records while your account is active, and workflow-library entries until you delete them. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll help.
