1. Before you export

Decide exactly what you're moving — which sites, funnels, and pages.

Note every form, calendar, and payment element on each page (you'll reconnect these later).

List the custom domains currently pointed at GoHighLevel.

Start your export while your GHL account is still active — don't cancel first.

2. Export your site

Install the ExportGHL extension and pin it.

Enable rendered snapshot mode so dynamic pages capture fully.

Enable discover hidden pages for multi-page sites and funnels.

Run Export Full Site and download the ZIP.

Open the export locally and click through every page to verify it's complete.

3. Host it

Pick a host — Netlify, Vercel, or Cloudflare Pages.

Deploy the static files and confirm the site loads.

Confirm HTTPS is active on the new host.

Check the site on both mobile and desktop.

4. Reconnect the dynamic parts

Replace GHL forms with embeds (Formspree, native host forms, etc.).

Reconnect booking calendars (Calendly, Acuity).

Re-add payment links / checkouts (Stripe, etc.).

5. Domain & SEO

Point your custom domain at the new host.

Set up redirects for any URLs that changed.

Submit the new site + sitemap to Google Search Console.

Confirm page titles and meta descriptions carried over.

6. Launch & verify

Test every page, link, button, and form on the live site.

Confirm images, fonts, and layout match the original.

Keep a safe backup copy of the export ZIP.
